The home inspector we used before we bought this house said we needed new boots around our roof vent pipes, so when a water problem was discovered in our main floor furnace room, we assumed that was our problem. He solved the mystery and saved our house by putting us on the right track. We still had Titan put new boots on all our vents to prevent any future problems. That feels really good. We thought it was so cool to watch a drone used in addition to an "on the roof" physical inspection.
