Ah, but Dillon from Titan found the real problem in minutes when he inspected the furnace room. The water was actually coming from the furnace! He solved the mystery and saved our house by putting us on the right track. We still had Titan put new boots on all our vents to prevent any future problems. That feels really good. We were pleasantly impressed with everyone we dealt with from the first phone call to the office, Dillon’s inspection, and the nice guy who did the actual repairs. We thought it was so cool to watch a drone used in addition to an “on the roof” physical inspection. The drone took pictures that were useful to help us see the conditions on the roof and also help the person doing the repairs prepare to do the job. We are happy with Titan.
