4. Estimates and Service Requests
4.1 Free Estimates
Titan Roofing LLC offers free estimates for roofing services. By submitting a Free Estimate request through our Site, by phone, or in person, you authorize a Titan Roofing representative to contact you regarding your estimate request and related services using the contact information you provided.
4.2 Estimate Validity
All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on visual inspection and information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted based on conditions discovered during the project, including but not limited to hidden damage, code requirements, material availability, or scope changes requested by the customer.
4.3 No Contract Until Signed
An estimate, proposal, or quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when a written service agreement or contract is signed by both you and an authorized representative of Titan Roofing LLC.
5. Roofing Services and Installation
5.1 Workmanship Standards
Titan Roofing LLC performs all work in accordance with applicable building codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards. We are an Atlas Shingle Certified contractor and adhere to manufacturer installation requirements to maintain product warranties.
5.2 Permits
We obtain all required building permits for the work we perform unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are typically included in your contract pricing.
5.3 Property Access and Site Conditions
You authorize Titan Roofing LLC and its subcontractors to access your property as necessary to perform the agreed-upon services. You agree to:
- Provide reasonable access to the work area
- Move or protect personal property in or near the work area
- Disclose any known hazards on the property (electrical issues, structural concerns, pets, etc.)
- Maintain insurance on your property during the course of work
5.4 Subcontractors
Titan Roofing LLC may use qualified subcontractors to perform certain work. We remain responsible for the quality of work performed by subcontractors on our behalf.
6. Warranties
6.1 Workmanship Warranty
Titan Roofing LLC provides a workmanship warranty as specified in your written service agreement. The terms, duration, and coverage of the workmanship warranty are governed by the agreement signed at the time of contract.
6.2 Manufacturer Warranties
Roofing materials installed by Titan Roofing LLC are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties are administered by the manufacturer, not by Titan Roofing LLC. We will provide warranty documentation upon project completion.
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by:
- Acts of God, including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, hail in excess of warranted ratings, lightning, and floods
- Subsequent storm damage or wind events outside warranted thresholds
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by parties other than Titan Roofing LLC
- Misuse, neglect, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance
- Pre-existing structural defects not caused by our work
- Damage caused by trees, animals, or third-party contractors
6.4 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITAN ROOFING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN A SIGNED WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are specified in your signed service agreement. Typical payment schedules include a deposit at contract signing, progress payments tied to project milestones, and final payment upon project completion.
7.2 Financing
Titan Roofing LLC offers third-party financing through Sunlight Financial and other approved lenders. Financing terms, approval, and conditions are determined solely by the lender. Titan Roofing LLC does not extend credit directly and is not responsible for lender decisions, terms, or fees.
7.3 Insurance Claims
For projects involving insurance claims, you remain responsible for payment regardless of the outcome of your insurance claim. Titan Roofing LLC may assist with claim documentation and communication with your insurance carrier as a courtesy, but we are not your insurance representative or public adjuster.
7.4 Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the due date may accrue interest and late fees as permitted by Missouri law and as specified in your service agreement. Titan Roofing LLC reserves the right to file mechanic’s liens and pursue all available legal remedies for unpaid amounts.
8. Cancellation and Right to Rescind
8.1 Three-Day Right to Cancel
For residential contracts entered into at your home, you may have the right to cancel the contract within three (3) business days under applicable federal and Missouri state law. Specific cancellation rights and procedures will be disclosed in your written service agreement.
8.2 Cancellation After Rescission Period
Cancellations made after the rescission period may be subject to material restocking fees, labor charges for work performed, and other costs as specified in your contract.
9. Insurance Claim Communications
When working on projects involving insurance claims, Titan Roofing LLC may communicate with your insurance company on your behalf with your authorization. We provide these communications as a service to facilitate your project. Titan Roofing LLC is not a public adjuster and does not negotiate claim settlements on your behalf. Decisions regarding your insurance claim are between you and your insurance carrier.
10. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Titan Roofing LLC, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from us. Detailed terms governing our SMS program are set forth in our SMS Terms and Conditions at commercialroofingtitans.com/privacypolicy , which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Intellectual Property

If you wish to opt out of project photography, please notify your project manager in writing before work begins.
12. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other content to Titan Roofing LLC through the Site, social media, or other channels, you grant Titan Roofing LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media for marketing and business purposes.
