The home inspector we used before we bought this house said we needed new boots around our roof vent pipes, so when a water problem was discovered in our main floor furnace room, we assumed that was our problem. Ah, but Dillon from Titan … More found the real problem in minutes when he inspected the furnace room. The water was actually coming from the furnace! He solved the mystery and saved our house by putting us on the right track. We still had Titan put new boots on all our vents to prevent any future problems. That feels really good. We were pleasantly impressed with everyone we dealt with from the first phone call to the office, Dillon's inspection, and the nice guy who did the actual repairs. We thought it was so cool to watch a drone used in addition to an "on the roof" physical inspection. The drone took pictures that were useful to help us see the conditions on the roof and also help the person doing the repairs prepare to do the job. We are happy with Titan. They showed up in a timely fashion and gave us the help we needed.

Titan then reached out to me to work around "my" schedule to Strip and replace the shingles. The team came out and got the job completed in one day, and did a very good job on cleaning up. What also impressed me was after the job was complete they reached out to me a few days later and ask if I had any issues and any questions? I also made a mistake and overpaid them by quite a bit and They called me to inform me I did so and they were reimbursing me. They could have easily kept that money and I would have not have noticed, so that show's me how honest Titan Roofing is.
