Sales Representative

Uncapped income for people who work hard. This is a commission-and-bonus role: our reps earn anywhere from the low seventies to well into six figures a year, and the ceiling is set by you, not by us. You will generate your own opportunities in Springfield-area neighborhoods, walk homeowners and property owners through what their roof needs, and carry each job from the first conversation to a signed agreement with a team behind you that closes what you open.

What You Will Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods, especially after storms
• Inspect roofs, document damage, and present roofing solutions to homeowners and property owners
• Build lasting relationships with customers from the first visit through the final walkthrough
• Work insurance restoration claims alongside our office team
• Stay current on materials and industry trends so your recommendations are the right ones
• Hit your sales targets and report your numbers

What We Need From You

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable talking to strangers
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work in the Springfield, MO area (relocation before your start date if you are not local)
• One year of sales experience is a plus (roofing or construction even better), but not required
